14px glyph that cannot change a row's height. This is also what an author
name the backend did not send degrades to.
icon + name — an author is known: a quiet pill in the YouBadge
grammar (rounded-full, muted surface, body-small).
labelled — the whole sentence, for a detail header that has the room.
The accessible name is always the full sentence, whatever is visible, so a
screen reader never gets a lone glyph or a bare name with no context.
